The World Atlas of Coffee is our favorite all-around book about coffee. James Hoffmann is a master communicator, and he does a wonderful job of discussing coffee growing, roasting, and brewing in plain terms anyone can understand, while offering enough detail to maintain the attention of even a seasoned coffee professional. The second half of the book is a tour of coffee-growing regions, with again just the right amount of detail to engage any type of reader. We can’t recommend this book enough for anyone who loves coffee and wants to learn more about it.
