Roasting requires prep! Thanks for helping us forecast properly :) 

Mondays: Roast for orders placed by cutoff date — Orders placed after will queue for the next "upcoming" roast

Tues/Wed: Fulfillment aka sorting, packing + shipping all orders

*Orders exclusively of coffee resting from a prior roast date will ship by the next business day. Any orders with coffees in an "upcoming roast" will queue for that roast date.
**Order Cancellation Policy: Cancelled orders may be suject to a 5% cancellation fee if a refund is necessitated for processing charges that we incur.

 

Important Notes:

> Delivery days quoted during checkout are estimates, not guarantees. Weather events may delay service, and carrier package fumbling is possible.

> We can assist with expedited shipping only if notified of timing. If you need coffee by a specific date, place your order and immediately reply to the confirmation email with your request and we will do our best to assist and upgrade if needed! Orders that expect a specific arrival date but do not contact us so we can help may not be eligible for remedy if the package doesn't arrive in time — international travelers visiting the US, take note!

> Please double-check that your delivery address is correct. If your order ships to an incorrectly entered address, it may fail delivery and take an undetermined time to return to us. Denied deliveries or returned shipments are not refundable as we do not re-sell previously shipped coffee, but returned orders can be re-shipped at the customer's expense.

If you'd like to make any additions to your order before it goes out, simply (1) place another order on our site and (2) get in touch with us by replying to your new email order confirmation — we will combine your orders and refund any extra shipping cost.

> We do not ship on weekends or national holidays. Our roastery is in Boulder, Colorado in the USA.

Specifics by Carrier:

> USPS Ground Advantage is an un-guaranteed economy service. Delivery typically occurs within 5 days coast-to-coast. Occassionally orders get stuck in what we lovingly call the "USPS Vortex" — We will assist as best as we can, but know that choosing Ground Advantage can spell delays and sometimes loss. No claims can be filed until 2-weeks after shipment, so please consider the USPS Priority upgrade as they take more care with packages.
--> Hawaii Customers! Orders weighing more 1+ pounds ship via slow-boat and may not arrive for 2+ weeks. Choose USPS Priority for faster shipment. 

> USPS Priority typically delivers nationwide within 3 days but do not consider this time quote fully reliable, especially around the holidays.

> USPS First Class Mail International is a slow, economy service with no tracking available—it is only useful if your address is in a rural location far from a major city. Transit time is often three weeks. For timely, trackable service, use FedEx.

> FedEx is generally an excellent service with few errors and often worth the upgrade. FedEx International is highly reliable and rarely makes errors. To calculate customs fees specific to your country, use the FedEx Global Trade Manager here

Where we do not ship:

These following countries are destinations we have found typically do not let our coffee past customs, at the customer's expense -OR- countries where tariffs are so high that it isn't worth shipping there:
- Mexico
- Chile
- Spain
- Portugal
