This is the green, unroasted version of our Naranjo Dulce.
This season of Ecuadorian coffees is far exceeding expectations! We're lucky to have even more gems in store for you, and this new release is a fun one. Naranjo Dulce is a naturally-processed coffee, but it's all ripe, delicious fruit with zero funk. If you normally shy away from naturals, this one's for you. We love the zippy cherry and pineapple flavors, with cooked apple flavor in the finish. The acid is lively and the flavors are clean.
Finca Dulce Naranjo is new to us, and we're super excited to discover even more of their coffees next season. Our dear friend Fabricio from Hacienda La Florida shared this coffee with us, and his selections this year have been incredible. We're eternally grateful for his curation, and we hope you all enjoy the beautiful 2025 Ecuador crop.
Producer Pedro Kingman operates Finca Naranjo Dulce, and we're jazzed with our first lot from him. This young farm just completed its second harvest, and we're excited for many more. This lot fermented for four days with wine yeast and then dried in a green house for one full month.
