Habtamu's name has graced our menu all season, and this latest washed Guji is a limited lot with beautiful flavors of cranberry, rhubarb, and peach syrup. Perhaps half a dozen Ethiopian coffees we have this year are attributed to him, and we hope you're enjoying this bull market of washed Ethiopian gems along with us. This coffee went to our subscribers first in August, and we have a limited supply of rested coffee from August 27 ready for immediate shipping!

Habtamu Fikadu Aga is the producer and exporter of this lot, which comes from Guji in southern Ethiopia. Kuri Mountain Coffee (the company name) was founded in 2015 and started back in 1945 as a family business. Pulped cherries underwent submerged fermentation for 48-72 hours, and then they dried on raised beds for 10-12 days.
