This is the green, unroasted version of our Finca El Chaferote II

It's been a while since we've had a pure pink bourbon on the menu, and we are stoked that Erick Bravo's El Chaferote is how we beat the drought. This is our second offering from the Bravo family farm.

This coffee just landed in the roastery less than a week ago and it's cupping beautifully. We love the glimmering flavors of grapefruit, pear, and soft honeysuckle. This is a fabulous presentation of the pink bourbon variety, and the processing is super clean. We're also offering it green for home roasters!

Erick manages the specialty side of his father's farm. Just a few hectares are devoted to coffee production, this small but mighty farm went on to win 3rd place at the 2019 Colombian Cup of Excellence. This lot was fully washed, dried under canopies, and shipped to us quickly.
