This is the year of the Peruvian SL-9! This coffee went out first to our subscribers in February, and now it's available to everyone. We find tons of purple fruit flavors, such as cranberry and blueberry, along with juicy citrus and caramel. We even have a handful of bags available from our February roast, perfectly rested and ready to drink!

Bella Vista comes from another new-to-us producer, David Almanza. He selectively hand harvested ripe cherries, then immediately pulped them. After a brief fermentation, the coffee was washed to fully remove any remaining mucilage. The coffee then dried on raised beds for 15-20 days.
