Did you miss our Fellow Drop two weeks ago? This is your chance to snag one of the few remaining bags! Aponte Honey is a fabulous lot from indigenous producers in Nariño in southwestern Colombia. Each producer processes their coffee on their own farm, with guidance from our partners at InConexus. In the cup we find big blackberry and cherry flavor, with crisp acidity and a syrupy quality we love in honey-processed coffees. These bags are rested and ready to drink! 

This coffee is ultra-fresh — we moved heaven & earth to get this coffee to us quickly, just a few weeks after milling. After on-the-ground delays related to road closures and farmer's strikes in Colombia, this coffee landed at our roastery just 10 before the drop.
