Montañita Gesha - Colombia, washed

This washed gesha is a beautiful mix of oranges, apricot, and peach candy. Previously a subscriber-exclusive, we're happy to release this limited coffee to everyone! 

From the 3rd generation coffee farmers that brought us Soulfire Bourbon Aji, this micro lot will go fast. The farm, Los Cachimbos, is planted with 50% Geisha, 20% Bourbon Ají, 20% Bourbon, and small amounts of other varieties. With an eye toward sustainability, Los Cachimbos collects and cleans their spent processing water. Stay tuned for more coffees from this dynamic farm!

Only ripe cherries were harvested, sorted by density, depulped and fermented in tanks for 30 hours. Then the coffee was washed and subsequently dried in canopy beds for 18-24 days.
