Las Perlitas Lot 4 - Colombia, washed

Welcome back Las Perlitas! The Coffee Quest has done it again - this coffee is ripe with classic, bright flavors of orange, peach, and grape. Also available green for home roasters!

The Las Perlitas project sources and combines coffees that are otherwise too-small-volume to export on their own. Stephen from The Coffee Quest masterfully combines these coffees into a wonderful combination lovingly called Perlitas, little pearls. This 4th lot is a powerhouse of varieties: pink and yellow bourbon, geisha, and caturra. We just received this gem one week after milling - logistical magic that ensures the integrity of our coffees.
