El Placer Wush Wush Black Honey - Colombia

We're very happy to announce our newest coffee from Project El Placer -- Wush Wush black honey. This coffee has huge flavors: ripe pineapple, elderberry, and a touch of rum. It also brings tremendous florals, red wine, and grapey acidity. 

Sebastián Ramírez manages the project "El Placer" farms, specializing in innovative post-harvest processing and special varieties. This Wush Wush fermented anaerobically in cherry for 96 hours, followed by additional 48-hour dry and 48-hour submerged fermentations. The coffee then dried initially by machine for 20 days and finished shade drying outside for 5 days.
