It's back! This second edition of Soul Fire is aptly named, with ripe, saturated red grapes and zippy orange and grapefruit, this coffee is stirring indeed.
At the farm, Los Cachimbos, only ripe cherries were harvested. After floating to remove defects, the cherries are depulped and fermented for 72 hours. Then they're washed and dried on shaded patios. We are thrilled to find so many delicious coffees from one source - check out our pink bourbon from the same farm.
The farm is planted with 50% Geisha, 20% Bourbon Ají, 20% Bourbon, and small amounts of other varieties.
