Shakira - Colombia, washed

Our menu wouldn’t be complete without at least one classic, washed pink bourbon. This coffee from Huila is fermented in cherry for 12 hours before depulping and fermenting in tanks for a full day. The beans are then dried for 20 days. 

Shakira has lovely stone fruit with crisp acidity and a slight peppery finish that is a trademark of washed pink bourbons.

We think Shakira will beautifully complement dessert during your next holiday gathering.
