Planadas Honey - Colombia

Planadas Honey is bursting with ripe flavors of grape, peach, grapefruit, and a hint of maple - a combination we love. Coupled with perky acid and soft florals, this coffee is beautiful.

Planadas farm is relatively new to growing coffee, but farmer Don German Riascos already produces high-caliber crops. For this coffee, carefully selected cherries were sorted manually, removing over/underripe and damaged cherries. After depulping, the coffee dried in beds, turning numerous times each day. Drying took between 15-22 days.
