This is the green, unroasted version of Lugmapata Typica Mejorado - Anaerobic Washed, Ecuador .

This coffee was brought to us by the Merino family who have overseen coffee production at Finca Lugmapata since 2016. This award winning farm has placed in the top 10 for the past three years of Ecuador Cup of Excellence, and we're excited to have this micro lot. 

This coffee was fermented anaerobically for fie days and dried on raised beds. You'll find subtle tropical flavors and citrusy acidity.
