This coffee is honey-processed, but the process notes are extremely mild, and the wonderful fruit flavors are abundant. We love the vibrant cranberry and orange, with subtle cantaloupe in the finish. This coffee went to subscribers first, and the last of our tiny supply is now available to all!

Carlos Estrella created this lot with cherries harvested on two sub-plots of his farm, La Jacoba and El Mirador. These plots are where Carlos planted geisha and other exotic varieties, the first in La Unión to do so!

Ripe cherries were picked by hand and mechanically pulped. With the mucilage intact, the coffee fermented anaerobically for 48 hours. Then the coffee dried for 20-22 days.

Process: Honey

Variety: Geisha

Region: Nariño, Colombia

Make sure to check that the roast date you've selected is what you're looking for — if there is an "upcoming roast" for this coffee, the upcoming roast date is listed under the tasting notes at the top of this product page.

Please read our shipping info page!

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0648/2604/8751/files/WEBLaEstrella_e1be1046-4c50-476a-bcc9-71f3ed0cbb3f.jpg?v=1792002625
