It fermented 24 hours, followed by hand washing and shade drying. As the coffee dried, it was stirred regularly and continually sorted to remove defects.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThis lot came from the man seemingly everywhere in Ethiopia - Habtamu Fekadu Aga. The Goro washing station first came online in 2013 and has seven permanent and 100 seasonal workers.
