This classic Colombian gesha has the flavors we love — berries, peach jam, beautiful florals, and a rich, saturated quality. Scott tasted our first lot of this coffee at SCA Houston in April 2025, and now the latest crop is here! We also have a few sneaky bags from our April 27 subscription roast, rested and ready to ship!\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eAnibal Sanchez grew this coffee at his farm La Siria, 5-hectares in the Huila region of Colombia. This land passed from Anibal's grandfather, to his father, to him and his sister. For many years, only caturra grew on their land, but through a family connection they sourced Panamanian gesha seeds. In 2021, Anibal won 2nd place with that geisha at the Colombian Cup of Excellence. As can be seen in the photo, this coffee is named \"Flor Blanca\" after the white flowers of the coffee tree. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003eRipe cherries were collected and sorted by density.
