This washed sidra has lovely red winey flavors of grape and cherry, with just a touch of process flavor. This coffee went out to our \u003ca href=\"https:\/\/getprodigal.com\/products\/monthly-coffee-subscription\"\u003emonthly subscribers\u003c\/a\u003e first in August, and now it's available to everyone!\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eFinca El Tabor has been a family endeavor for more than thirty years, spearheaded by Fabiola an her husband Julio Alberto. The farm spans fifteen hectares, with five in coffee production. Cesar plans to expand their already long list of growing varieties, and he hopes to increase their drying capacity so they can produce more microlots.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eRipe cherries were depulped and fermented for 48 hours.
