El Placer Gesha White Honey - Colombia

Our second release from Project El Placer is this beautiful white honey-processed gesha. We love this coffee for its big bergamot orange, soft florals, and vanilla.

Sebastián Ramírez manages the project "El Placer" farms, specializing in innovative post-harvest processing and special varieties. This gesha underwent anaerobic fermentation for 48 hours, followed by 20 days of mechanical drying and 5 days of shade drying.
