Boulder Blend

We secretly love blending, especially if a blend combines washed and natural coffees.  Washed coffees tend to have crisper acidity and clean, restrained fruit, while the ripe fruit flavors of naturals can be almost overpowering.  Our new Boulder Blend combines our clean, elegant Bella Vista washed Colombian caturra with just enough of our natural Ethiopian Bekele Utute to create what we think is a perfect balance of acidity and fruit. We think a great blend is better than the sum of its parts, and we're thrilled to begin offering such a blend every week.
